In July, 2006, we provided roof replacement design services for Building 134 – Cast House Cold Side located at the Alcoa, Mt. Holly Facility in Goose Creek, SC.
We performed comprehensive field evaluation of the existing roof system and supporting “Z” purlins and provided design
services for a new Tred-Safe, Type 1645, Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer Roof Panel System installation. The design services included replacement of gutter troughs and 50 damaged “Z” Purlins. The project was bid and awarded to CFE Roofing and is currently nearing completion.
In November, 2006 we performed a comprehensive visual condition evaluation on 894,000 square feet of corrugated metal
panel roofing on the Wenatchee Works Potline roofs 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 &
