In April 2002, we performed a comprehensive visual evaluation of the existing roof system on the Holiday Inn Executive Center located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The roof system included approximately 33,000 square feet of standing seam metal and 63,000 square feet of ballasted EPDM. In all, there were eighteen separate roof areas included in the project. Upon completion of the visual evaluation with project recommendations, we provided detailed specifications and construction administration services for the replacement of the single ply EPDM membrane and cleaning, priming and painting of the standing seam metal roof system with an elastomeric coating system. The project was completed in January, 2003 with only one change order being required during the course of the project.
