RCS has been worked on various Henrico County Public Schools since 2007 to assist with evaluation and design of their roof systems. The County has various different roof systems on approximately seventy different schools. RCS has worked with several architectural firms to provide the roof design services in conjunction with facility renovations and RCS has also worked as the prime consultant for stand alone roof surveys, repair designs and replacements. Since 2007, RCS has worked with HCPS on over thirty different school sites and also assisted HCPS with consolidation of their roof warranty information. The Construction & Maintenance department can now access all of the school system roof warranty information, as well as all previous roof survey reports and design documents, through RCS’s secure FTP website.
