Roof Replacement Design & Moisture Surveys: Inland Group

In March of 2006, we contracted with Inland Group, to perform roof condition evaluations on 72 retail shopping center facilities (approximately 6,750,000 sq ft) located throughout the Northeastern United States. All roof inspections were completed in a less than 120 days. We used three crews that traveled between projects within a geographic location and performed all of the required field investigation. The crew leaders would then send hand written reports, field drawings and digital images on disk to our office for development of detailed database reports and AutoCAD roof plans.

Since completion of the initial visual evaluations, we have also provided roof replacement design services on various projects. We have discussed providing our services for numerous other projects for the Inland Group and feel confident that we will be provided the opportunity to continue a long term relationship with their firm because of the quality of service and accuracy of information that we have provided to date.

We have recently been informed that we will be requested to provide on-going services for all Inland Group projects located east of the Mississippi River. We anticipate that we will perform inspections at over 100 facilities in 2007 and provide additional follow-up roof replacement design and construction administration services on an as needed basis.
