In 2011, RCS was contacted by Caruso Management to perform roof condition surveys on six retail facilities in California. These inspections included twenty-seven buildings with a total of 654,877 square feet. The roof systems included multiple types of low slope roofing as well as steep slope metal and tile roofing. Comprehensive visual condition surveys were performed on all of the roof areas and infrared moisture surveys were performed on some of the low slope areas. Overall RCS was able to help Caruso Management identify over $117,000 in repairs in order to maintain and maximize the service lives of the existing roofing on the facilities.
