In June of 2006, we contracted with LFR Engineering to provide roof condition evaluation services on numerous Comcast facilities located at various geographic locations throughout the continental United States. To date, we have completed over 128 inspections in 16 states with a total roof area of over 790,000 square feet.


We have also provided roof replacement design and construction administration services for numerous roof replacement projects and assisted with obtaining bids from local roofing contractors for implementation of recommended roof system repairs.


We anticipate that we will continue to provide roof inspection, roof design and construction administration services for
numerous additional projects. We have been informed that Comcast currently has over 3,500 facilities throughout the United
States that could eventually be incorporated into our comprehensive roof inspection program.
