In 2007, RCS was contacted by AutoZone to perform a roof condition survey. Since that first call, we have continued to work with AutoZone’s Store Development group to survey roofs all over the United States. RCS has surveyed AutoZone facilities in Alaska, Alabama, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and West Virginia.


RCS inspection teams have evaluated over 360,000 total square feet of small, stand- alone retail facilities. We have performed our comprehensive visual condition surveys, infrared moisture inspections, and nuclear moisture inspections on over thirty-five facilities. The AutoZone surveys have included all types of low slope roofing as well as numerous types of steep slope roofing.
