Jonathan Grant IV is the Chief Operations Officer at Roof Consulting Services, where he has built his career over more than 20 years since joining the firm in 2003. A highly qualified technician for both infrared and nuclear backscatter moisture surveys, Jonathan brings deep hands-on expertise to every field engagement — from non-destructive moisture evaluations to full-time quality control inspections.
Jonathan’s technical knowledge spans all major commercial roofing system types and their application requirements, with extensive experience performing visual roof condition evaluations and field evaluations for roof replacement design projects.
