Andrew Cheatham, RRO, CEP is the Operations Manager at Roof Consulting Services, bringing over 20 years of construction and building envelope consulting experience to the role. Andrew holds a Registered Roof Observer (RRO) designation through IIBEC and a Certified EIFS Professional (CEP) credential — backed by NRCA Roofing 101 certificates across all five levels and specialized nuclear gage safety training.
Andrew joined RCS in April 2026 following six years as a Contract Sales Manager at Baker Roofing Company and five years as a Construction Project Manager at ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC, where he managed over 50 active commercial and institutional projects. His expertise spans property condition assessments, forensic investigations, air and water infiltration testing, ground penetrating radar, and building envelope quality assurance — giving RCS a significantly expanded capability in the Mid-Atlantic region.
At RCS, Andrew oversees all departmental operations and provides consulting services for commercial, industrial, multi-family, and institutional clients across the region. His background as both a contractor and a consultant gives him a practical, solutions-oriented perspective that clients trust on complex and time-sensitive projects.
