Chief Financial Officer & HR Operations Leader
Kimberly West, BBA, PHR, SHRM-CP is the Chief Financial Officer at Roof Consulting Services, bringing over 40 years of experience in office administration, data systems, project management, information systems, and human resources. She holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Averett University, a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI, and a SHRM Certified Professional (CP) designation — credentials that reflect her commitment to rigorous HR and financial management practice.
At RCS, Kimberly oversees both the Human Resources and Accounts Payable/Receivable departments, managing the full scope of personnel operations and serving as a mediator between managers and staff. She ensures all required documentation is accurately filed and submitted, and serves as the primary point of contact for all vendor and client financial relationships. With over 15 years of experience using accounting software including QuickBooks, she brings precision and efficiency to RCS’s financial operations.
Before joining RCS, Kimberly led a national workgroup for the Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), deploying a new review system to collect quality care and case review information for the Medicare population — a project that speaks to both her organizational leadership and her ability to manage complex, high-stakes initiatives.
