About Dale
Vice President of Operations & Field Roofing Expert
Dale Moore brings over 45 years of combined roofing industry experience to his role as Vice President of Operations at Roof Consulting Services, where he has served for 18 years. Before joining RCS, Dale built an unmatched practical foundation working as a mechanic, project foreman, and general superintendent for multiple roofing contractors and construction firms in Central Virginia — and spent over six years as a Field Technician and Technical Representative for Carlisle SynTec Systems, one of the industry’s leading single-ply manufacturers.
Dale has personally installed and inspected virtually every major roofing system type in use today across both low and steep slope applications — including asphalt shingles, standing seam metal, tile, slate, asphalt BUR, coal tar BUR, and single-ply EPDM, PVC, and TPO membranes. That hands-on installation expertise is what sets Dale apart: he doesn’t just observe problems — he understands exactly how they happened and why.
At RCS, Dale has served as a key field leader for roof condition evaluations, moisture surveys, and project design evaluations for some of the country’s most recognized clients, including national retailers, school districts, telecommunications companies, and government agencies.

Daniel’s Approach
The roof system is one of the largest expenses that a commercial building Owner typically faces. Our goal is to provide Owners with concise, non-biased information to allow them to make the most informed and cost-effective decisions regarding their facilities. Implementing a preventative maintenance inspection program during early stages of a commercial roof’s lifecycle can not only potentially extend the life of the roof but will also reduce large repair expenditures throughout that time. “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”, catching issues early mitigates the extent of repair necessary or potential premature failure of the roof system.
