McDonough GA Retail & Distribution Facility

Contacted in April 2024 following assessment by roofing contractor recommending immediate replacement of their 184K sqft McDonough GA distribution facility roof.
Upon contracting, RCS performed a visual inspection and infrared moisture scan of the existing roof system and identified approximately $25,000 worth of necessary immediate repairs.
Upon completion of the repairs, the Owner was able to realize an additional 2 years of service life from the existing roof system and allow time for proper budgeting and design of the replacement roof system. The existing roof system performed as intended without any major failures throughout the 2-year period.
At this time, RCS is in the process of completing a competitive bid process for the replacement of the roof system which
will occur in Q3-4 2026.
